Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book?

Fill out our contact form or drop us an email with your request, and we’ll get back to you with availability.

What do you do on your visits?

We will carry out all the expected tasks during every visit – things like feeding, giving fresh water, litter tray duty, cuddles, and playtime (if your cat’s into that sort of thing!)
If your cat seems super stressed by our presence, we’ll quietly finish up the essentials and let them be.

How long is each visit?

• 30 minutes – for up to 4 cats
• 45 minutes – for up to 6 cats
• 60 minutes – for up to 8 cats
Got 9+ cats? Wow! Let’s have a chat to tailor things to your crew.

How many visits do you offer?

This is entirely client preference! Everyone is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all.
We can do a visit as a one-off, or even schedule once a week if you just need a little support in your life.

If you’re lucky enough to be going to be away, our recommendation is two visits daily – once in the morning and once later in the afternoon.

How long can I book sitting for?

There’s no hard limit on how long you can book us for – but if you’re heading off for more than a week, we’d suggest two visits per day for the duration.
Cats get lonely too (even if they pretend they don’t!), especially if they’re stuck inside.

How do I prepare my home for a visit?

One thing about us is that we don’t judge!
No need to hire a cleaner or go overboard prepping for our visit – we’re here for your cat, not a home inspection! 🐾

That said, we do ask a few things to help keep your kitty safe and happy while you’re away:
• Please make sure your home is cat-safe: check things like wires, open windows, blind cords, and any sneaky spots they might get into.
• Leave enough supplies to last the whole time you’re gone: Food, litter, poop bags, bin bags, something to clean up the little accidents, and a sponge for washing bowls.
• Make sure food and water bowls are clean and the litter trays have been scooped before you head off.

Are you insured?

Yep, we’re fully insured – because your cat deserves nothing less than top-tier professionalism (and plenty of head scritches)

Do you have a DBS certificate?

Of course – because we take your trust (and your cat) very seriously. Even if we do talk to them in silly voices.

What do I do about my key?

Unless you have a key safe or we meet in person, you’ll need to drop off your key with us. We’ll keep it safe until the end of your final visit. Simply place your key in an envelope with your name on it and post it through our letterbox.

To collect, just make a quick appointment and we’ll have it ready for you.

If you prefer, we can return your key to your letterbox after the last visit – only if you’re sure your cat doesn’t try to claim it as a new toy! We recommend this option only if you have a friend or family member with a spare key… you know, just in case of those unexpected emergencies!

Do you provide photos & updates?

You decide!
We understand that your home is your sanctuary, and we deeply respect your privacy. If you’d like, we’re happy to provide updates during our visit so you feel informed and reassured.
However, we will never take photos or share anything about your space without your clear permission.
Your trust means everything to us, and we will never post to social media or use any content from our visit without your full consent.
