🐾 Let’s Get Acquainted
Before we pop in to spoil your cat, we like to have a little chat with you first! This helps us understand your needs, your cat’s routines, and where everything is (litter, food, secret nap spots… the essentials).
We start with an initial consultation via email, giving us a written record of the discussions and expectations. We’ll have you complete our booking form to gather as much information as we can about your cat, and we’ll take it from there.
📝 The Official Bits
Before we begin, we’ll take care of a few few formalities as part of the booking process.
We’ll ask you to read, complete and sign our booking form – covering all the important stuff like your cat’s safety, our responsibilities, and what to expect while you’re away. It’s all designed to protect both you and your cat, and to make sure everything runs smoothly.
We’ll send this over during the booking process, so you’ll have plenty of time to read through them and ask any questions. Once everything’s signed and sorted, we’re good to go!
